Today, I am aware of the ribbons of gratitude...the ribbons of creativity...the ribbons of dreams..
the ribbons of love with all their specular colors that twirl around me. I am aware that all I need to do is be present to take in all of these pleasures. As I reflect on my week I am aware to trust my intuition and nothing can go wrong... guiding me to the adventures that await my life. I am aware to rejoice in my individuality... that no other can lay claim to. I am aware to honor my hearts' wants and discover the joy that I can bring to myself and others. I am aware of the importance of communication in all of its forms, both silent and spoken...Today, I am aware of the ribbons that swirl and twirl around me and I unwrap them and bring the gifts both inside and let them continuously flow outward as I breathe deeply.

Ribbons...A reflection
Trust...
mountain
of colors...
of joy...
of happiness..
mountain
of trust.
Today, I am aware of trust...I am putting my mind aside and trusting life. Making sure to be aware to trust that it is anything but ordinary...making sure to be aware to trust that is is full and overflowing... . With trust comes a mountain of color...of joy...of happiness...I am aware that there is nothing that cannot be seen from the top of the mountain (for it is there that I am closest to my dreams) There is nothing that cannot be done from the top of the mountain (for there is where my strength is) There is nothing that cannot be believed at the top of the mountain (for that is where one is closest to the stars)...and there is nothing that can be taken away from me (as long as I am aware of trust). Once you embark on the path of trusting yourself...your voice.. your words...your creativity...your messages...your heart...your life....you soon realize that you cannot lose real treasures...for those are yours and they live in the mountain of trust that resides in your heart.

Today, I am aware of individuality...how there is no one in this world, that can lay claim to your voice (and how you speak your truth)...your eyes (and how you see the things around you)...your creativity (for life ... for love...for art). Today, I am aware of individuality and how much happiness it brings to me both from within and from those around me. How by sharing who I am with my words...my creativity...my heart I am perhaps able to touch someone else. To bring a smile to another face...bring joy into another life...to sing to another heart...and to share a message from mine. Today, I am aware of individuality, and the respect that I hold for the uniqueness that is singular. Rejoicing in my own individuality and with others who willingly touch my soul.

Today, I am aware of my hearts' wants...the things that I am aware to manifest to my life and the things I am still dreaming of. As my awareness brings me to this place today, I discover that my creativity is being painted in many different ways. I am aware of what brings my joy...my happiness...I am aware of the challenges and the pleasures that appear before me...I am aware that I am discovering dreams that have just begun to appear and are forming shining stars before me. I am aware that my heart is guiding me in a direction that brings great faith...peace...joy and happiness. By listening...truly listening to my hearts' wants I am setting myself free to fly...I am paying closer attention...living my life from a different angle...giving myself my power. Today, I am very aware of my hearts' wants...today...I honor them fully.

Today, I am aware of communication...the written form...the spoken form...the silent form. Communication with myself and with others. Today, I am aware of communication, and how at times it is the only thing that keeps me grounded...how at other times silence brings me closer to my heart and my dreams...Communication, and how sometimes it can be misunderstood and other times just the slight touch of someones hand can be the most profound communication necessary. Communication....how being solitary in the creative place is one of the most important parts of my day...other times during the day, it is the verbal word that causes my heart to sing...and then there is the written word, that I can hold on to bringing me to heights where the stars dance. Today, I am aware of communication, and how I listen with my heart for it...hear it with my ears...see it with my eyes...and often long for it.

Cheerful....A Reflection...

Today, I am aware of being cheerful. That by allowing my whims and fancies to take me down my path I am full of color...full of joy...full of an exciting cheerfulness. That I am full of surprises even to myself. Today, I am aware of being cheerful! So as I reflect on this week with this cheerful outlook I feel the comfort that surrounds me and wraps its warmth around me lovingly. I feel the balance of my heart and my dreams. I am aware of the calm that comes from my patient soul. I am aware that all of these are so much clearer if I stay in the moment of time. Today, I am aware of being cheerful...cheerful for honoring the messages of my soul.
